After an initial experience in a Mental Health Center, I chose the corporate world because I love the energy, pace, challenges, and complexity of interactions that I observe. Over the past 20 years, I have had the opportunity to coach hundreds of individuals, initially in outplacement for workers, employees, and executives. Eager to have a more proactive impact, I specialized in executive coaching to empower managers and business leaders.

For over 10 years, I have been coaching executives and leaders to increase their impact, strengthen their leadership, develop emotional intelligence, and evolve management at the pace of business challenges. My flagship is truly 'managerial courage.'

I am certified in Systemic Analysis (CFTF 2001), Coaching (CFIP - 2010), sensitized to psychoanalytic concepts (CERP 2010-2015), and trained in the Executive Program in Management & Philosophies (Solvay 2016-2017).

In parallel, I have experience as a Consular Judge at the Business Court, I am the former President of the APM Executive Club (Liège), former Board Member of the Hauts Sarts Business Club, and currently serve as a Board Member and Vice-President of the Walloon Union of Enterprises (UWE).

On a personal level, I am the proud mother of two great teenagers, an amateur astronomer fascinated by the universe, a certified pianist from the César Franck Academy, and a passionate painter of avant-garde works inspired by Tamara De Lempicka.
