I chose psychology because I wanted to pursue studies that would both fulfill my desire for continuous learning and my deep interest in human nature and helping others. These five years of study have been rich in experiences, both intellectually and personally, particularly thanks to my internships in human resources and at a mental health center.

Alongside my studies, I have been working since the age of 16 in various fields. Curious and a bit of a jack-of-all-trades, I held several positions at a food processing company where I stayed for nearly seven years: first as a production worker, then as an assistant in the quality and safety department. All of these experiences have broadened my vision and understanding of the business world in sectors beyond human resources.

In my practice, I adopt an integrative approach that combines different psychological perspectives. Trained in systemic therapy, I pay close attention to the influences of the environment and the various systems in which a person operates. I also incorporate techniques from cognitive-behavioral therapies (CBT). However, I firmly believe that the quality of support is, above all, based on the relationship. For me, empathy, congruence, and unconditional acceptance are the pillars of a person-centered approach. I learn every day from the people I work with and believe in a co-construction process where the consultant and the client move forward together. These elements create a safe and authentic space that allows each individual to develop their potential.

Outside of work, I am passionate about reading, hiking, and nature. I share my life with two adorable dogs and love to travel, hang out with friends, and explore the world around me.
