I then pursued a 15-year career in a multinational specializing in recruitment and HR services, where I had the opportunity to select diverse profiles ranging from the field to middle management. Subsequently, I held a position as a branch director, gaining insights into various aspects of management. Finally, I took on a role as a project manager, allowing me to develop a service focused on training and coaching before joining A-Th in 2018.

As an expert in talent acquisition, assessment centers, career management, outplacement, training, and more, I aim to assist companies in optimizing individual performances in pursuit of a common objective. I am certified in DISC, SISEM, Enneagram, MBTI, and also trained in NLP.

From a more personal perspective, I describe myself as an authentic individual, results-oriented, and above all, enthusiastic! I am a life enthusiast!
