Holding a Master's degree in Anthropology (University of Liège), I joined the A-Th office in 2020. After 14 years as a Commercial & People Manager in a German-speaking HR multinational, I chose the path of independence and started offering HR support, mainly focusing on soft skills, to SMEs.
My passion for human relationships has allowed me to listen, support, and coach teams and managers to strengthen their cohesion, leadership, and always stimulate their motivation.
In 2019, I added coaching training to my skill set. Solution-oriented and results-driven, I enjoy guiding people, projects, and companies towards greater success.
Outside of work, I am the mother of two young adults - my life! - and I am an epicurean at heart. I love spending time with my friends, discovering new flavors, playing, meditating, taking walks with my dog, and singing in my garage band.
