Holding a bachelor's degree in international business (ISCT Chartres / France) and completing a professionalization cycle in Human Resources, I have been a freelance HR professional since 2020.
I often say that I had two professional lives before starting the third one recently. I first worked for 10 years in sales. I began my career in 1993 as a Section Manager and then Key Account for Unilever (brands Knorr, Lesieur...) in the out-of-home channel in France.
In September 1999, I joined Ferrero (Nutella, Kinder...). This allowed me to take on more responsibilities in a role as a National Account Manager. I developed the commercial strategy for the out-of-home channel and negotiated commercial agreements with national purchasing centers and major clients such as Accor, Sodexo, or McDonald's.
In March 2002, I was offered the opportunity to join human resources to take care of the Sales team. I seized this opportunity to strengthen my managerial skills and get to know my company better. I notably created the Ferrero Sales School in 2003. Building on this very positive experience, I continued my journey in HR, becoming HR Director of the Benelux subsidiary, then the UK, and finally for the Delacre Group.
Today, I share my HR expertise with companies through interim management missions as an HR Director (Erasme Hospital, Mestdagh), HR consultancy, and individual or group coaching.
On a personal note, I am married, the father of three grown children, passionate about sports (football, tennis) as well as gastronomy (especially a lover of good wines!), and involved in a family project centered around my passions.
