I joined the A-Th team in 2025 to best support employers and candidates in their outplacement efforts. On the front lines, I listen to needs, direct candidates to the appropriate services, and carefully monitor their applications. From administrative management to invoicing, including coordination with consultants, my goal is to ensure a smooth and efficient organization, while guaranteeing quality service and a trusting relationship with each contact. I ensure the accuracy and optimization of processes, while placing people at the heart of my work. Each situation is unique, and I strive to provide solutions tailored to each individual's needs with rigor and kindness. Convinced that every challenge is a learning opportunity, I approach each assignment with perseverance and commitment. Outside of work, I enjoy escaping through painting and creating, spending time with my family, and immersing myself in stimulating challenges, whether logical or creative. Passionate about numbers and puzzles, I enjoy searching for solutions, analyzing, and decoding complex problems, always with curiosity and enthusiasm. Nothing motivates me more than a great challenge!
