Indeed, it was my proficiency in English and my diversified training that allowed me to join the human resources department of a large Belgian pharmaceutical group. There, I progressed from HR assistant to Internal Communication Manager and HR Generalist.

Over the past 20 years, I have held roles as a Senior HR Business Partner and HR Director in medium-sized companies, and I have been part of executive committees for production sites belonging to international groups.

It was during a basic training in Transactional Analysis that I realized my passion lies in understanding people and guiding managers towards a better self-awareness.

Throughout my journey, I continued my training in Transactional Analysis, developed my coaching skills, and explored and embraced various models such as DISC, Enneagram, and SDI.

For the past 3 years, I have been undergoing a certification program in NLP as a Practitioner and Master Practitioner.

What I appreciate the most is guiding managers and teams in understanding their worldviews to help them build a harmonious and effective collaboration.

Another passion that has been with me for nearly 25 years is horses.

These beings equipped with extraordinary relational skills serve as extraordinary coaching partners due to their profound presence and grounding.
