With a Master's degree in Work and Organizational Psychology (1986), I joined the 'Recruitment' department of a large banking and insurance company. I progressed to HR Manager roles in commercial, operational, and support entities, also taking on team responsibilities.
With a strong inclination for fieldwork, I found myself supporting managers who were sometimes at a loss in team management during periods of strategic changes and variable circumstances. I underwent coaching training at Coaching Ways (2010 – 2011), simultaneously providing coaching and HR consultancy services as a supplementary activity. This allowed me to explore other sectors (pharmaceutical, healthcare, mutual insurance, retail, social) and develop a taste for them.
In 2015-2016, I expanded my toolkit with a university certificate in life coaching from UCL and continued my career as an independent professional. I joined the A-Th team in October 2020 to undertake missions in individual and collective outplacement, as well as coaching.
On a personal note, I love cooking and delighting those I care about. I adore long rejuvenating walks along the ocean and can pack my suitcase in less than an hour for spontaneous exploration of other cultures, landscapes, and traditions. My close family and friends mean a lot to me, and I am fascinated by the perspective my grandchildren have on the world, which I rediscover with them.
